Terms and Conditions

Bookings, Payment and Cancellations
For our Boudoir Photography services, a non-refundable booking fee of 25% of the Boudoir Photography session fee will be payable at the time of booking with the remainder being due at the start of Boudoir Photography session.

Should a customer wish to cancel a pre-booked Boudoir Photography Session, and alternative arrangements cannot be agreed, they will forfeit their booking fee.

All printed products are produced to order and as such cannot be returned for a refund - we will exceptionally provide a replacement product to the same value.

Other
Red Snapper Boudoir and Stour Valley Photography will retain Copyright for all images produced - should images be required for marketing purposes customers will be requested to sign a Release Form for the use of specific images.

Tax Charges - All prices include VAT at the current rate.

Privacy - Neither Red Snapper Boudoir or Stour Valley Photography Limited will disclose customer's details to third parties.
